Find out how to cancel or return your plates.

1. Cancelling an order that has been placed online but not yet collected

1.1 If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please get in touch with our Customer Care team.

2. Faulty goods

2.1 replacemyplates.com and our Collection Points do everything in their reasonable power and control to ensure that all goods supplied are fit for purpose.

2.2 In the event that there is a manufacturing fault with your plate, please return it to your Collection Point, stating the issue. We will refund plates that are faulty up to 6 months following purchase.

 

3. Printed goods / orders

3.1 Once your plates have been printed, unfortunately we are unable to refund you due to being unable to resell them.
