How do I pay for my number plates?
You pay for your plates in-store before they are made-up.
Our stores usually accept cash or card, but please contact them to be sure before arrival.
When will I receive my order confirmation?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This will include a description of what you have ordered, your billing address and the details of your chosen Collection Point.
If you require an invoice, please ask for one from your Collection Point, as they take payment.
What happens if I don't collect my plates, will I be refunded?
Because you make payment in-store before the plates are made-up, there is no need to refund you if you do not collect your plates.
