How soon can I collect my number plates from my chosen collection point?

You can visit your chosen Collection Point at any time once you've received a confirmation email from us.

You have 30 days to collect your order before it is cancelled.

Can my number plates be made in advance so they're ready to collect straight away?

Your chosen Collection Point cannot print your number plates until they have seen your original documents and taken payment in-store. They must enter valid information into the system for Proof of Identity and Proof of Entitlement before making your replacement number plates.

How long will I have to wait while my number plates are being made?

You shouldn't be waiting much longer than 10 minutes, which gives you some time to browse the store and maybe find a bargain!

Can someone collect my plates on my behalf?

Anyone can collect your number plates on your behalf as long as they are able to make payment and bring the original documents with them, therefore they will need the V5 logbook for the registration you have ordered online and a form of identification. The person collecting the plate should provide ID for themselves as it will be logged by the Collection Point.

Can you resend me an order confirmation?

If you go to Track Your Order, enter your email address and postcode, your full order details will be available.
